I purchased my house in July for 105,000. Within the drop of I'd an issue with my lender and my mortgage payment went missing. I named Pursuit and described what happened. I had been placed on a reimbursement strategy but before I really could create my 1st cost the same occurred the following month. I again named Pursuit and informed them that which was happening. I had been placed on another cost program. I created my first cost the next month and got a notice stating I had been not in complience. The cost wasn't received over time?! So that they restarted the cost program. I created the cost by there requirements and affirmed the following month I had been informed I had been not in complience since the cost wasn't received over time. Therefore all over again they restarted the cost program. This really is today the fifth period the program was restarted and that I was nailed with chargeis for low-complience.in those days I had been informed my low-complience was since the funds were being received TOO SOON. It'd to be made the day due. I created the cost and affirmed all over again I had been informed I had been not in complinece and since I have was somehow today 6 MONTHS behind these were likely to begin forclousre. I expected to get a mortgage loan modification plus they stated they'd consider it. Long story short, I extended to create my funds, they extended the forclousre procedure and also the mortgage loan modification while th chargeis accumulated. At-one stage, I had been informed it was typical for that two procedures to coinside till one overran the different. It got to date that I'd a market notice nailed to my doorway when reduced and see the mortgage loan modification was total. But now the mortgage was in standard over annually (where did all of the funds move I created every month?) The change needed to restart the mortgage. I'd 1. Certified notice fee's 2. Filing fee's 3. Court chargeis 4. Foreclousre feeis 5. Mortgage loan modification feeis 6. Late paymet feeis 7. Annually of missed funds (however thinking where all my funds went?) along with the loan. The mortgage was rewrote of 109,500 and funds set. This was completed in April.in August the mortgage was offered to LBPS. I had been delivered paper-work declaring they bought the mortgage and also the pricipal stability was 105,000 (where did the 4,500 go?) I created my funds promptly as well as in March I received a notice declaring as a result of escrow alaiasis (sp?) My payment was rising since my escrow was damaging. I then found out that Pursuit hadn't been placing the right quantity into escrow every month and was earning money off me for my escrow being in constent unfavorable balance. If that isn't bad enough, the insurance informaton that was transferred around was over $100 a lot of. I nearly dropped my home because of Pursuit and would really like the find restitution for what I experienced!
