Mortgage Modification/Foreclosure

I dropped my next work and had my revenue decreased by 3PERCENT through statewide furloughs (I am a situation worker). I got behind on my mortgage repayments and found out about the House Inexpensive Change Plan via a friend. I requested change through Bank of America (BOA) in early May and could submit funds for several of the weeks I had been behind. BOA delivered three of my investigations back. I named them to ask why and he or she explained my house was in foreclosure. She stated I'd have to deliver a cashier's look for $3804 for that four funds as my own assessments wouldn't be recognized. I Fed-Ex overnighted the look for that quantity. A couple of days later, I acquired an overdraft notice from my normal lender. BOA had banked the final check in the place of returning such as the others and overdrew my bill.
