I requested American Mortgage Inc. For Mortgage Loan Modification since I really could not pay the $1,800.00 per month cost and submitted all required Paperwork. I had been called-up to visit Afghanistan for over annually in February. Although I had been absent my spouse obtained a notice in march / April informing us the mortgage had fallen to 5%.
