Seriously bad mortgage co

A week ago received notice from Nationstar that my homeowners insurance hadn't been compensated—INCORRECT!!! GMAC offered my mortgage to Nationstar which mortgage business may be the toughest organization I've ever seen. Today nowadays I obtain a notice stating that I'm overdue for July through September. Heck, August & Sept aren't actually here however and yes, my September cost was created promptly and my check removed my lender. Today they're threatening foreclosure!!! Something should be completed about these folks. Oh, plus they have named me a lot of occasions seeking me to refinance to the stage to be a pain. I'd not refinance with Nationstar when the price was 2%. Anyone have any suggestions just how to close them along?
