Terrible experience!

Your 1st mortgage was offered from Fremont Lender to Americais Providing Organization (ASC) and our mortgage has modified following the second-year. We requested ASC to get a mortgage loan modification and delivered all of the essential needs. We were never overdue on our funds and also have a great credit. It got them 75 times to provide us a choice... And refused us our demand since we've a debt on our budget of $2,000. But that is since r mortgage cost went up by $2,000. They recommended us to foreclose the home and didn't provide every other choices. They are designed to use us! Exactly what a excellent concept from the "mortgage advisor" of ASC. It would appear that all-they need is the cash. They do not take care of you!!!
