Risk of foreclosure

The corporation had foreclosed on my home not really 60-days overdue. While attempting to make cost by telephone or contact them, I really could not. They foreclosed on my home seeking $7,000 to correct. This cost was created on 11/28/06.in December a notice was delivered to me showing that my payment due on 1/1/07 was overdue by one cost. I'd not gotten notice since my 11/28/06 cost when funds might start not to mention drop behind by one cost again. I'm having issues with homeowneris insurance through them, in addition to harassing calls. I've only today obtained a notice showing they're likely to continue with foreclosure again. I needed to refinance to get rid of them whilst the owner of my mortgage but am incapable as today my credit is bad.
