Be careful, be very careful with mortgage!

I caution anyone that's a mortgage with Lender of America to become CAREFUL! My father and that I reveal a mortgage with Lender of America, and Lender of America changes their payment address from time to time of course if that you don't obtain an address vary from them or you skip it within the email Lender of America does obtain your instalments however now it's at the things they contemplate to become the incorrect area which division retains your cost and certainly will not forward your cost towards the new billing address. When you drop behind in your mortgage they foreclose you! This is exactly what occurred to my father and that I needed to document section 13 for him to maintain his home! I make funds for my father via online bank with my lender and my lender really delivered BOA a notice requesting them to withdraw their foreclosure procedures, stop any overdue fees put on his consideration and recover his great credit since my lender had evidence copies of all of the inspections that went un-cashed. These were delivered on time but towards the today incorrect area since Lender of America had transformed their payment address and sadly for all of US we didn't get a change of payment address notice this time, yes they've transformed it before but we captured it that time. The demand from my lender was declined! Why? Our lender explained upright this is how Lender of America got to become so large! They intentionally alter payment address from time to time of course if you skip it for what-ever cause Lender of America then forecloses simply because they do not obtain your instalments! They get the funds, however itis the incorrect division plus they simply do not forward them! Evidence? After section 13 was submitted we obtained back among the first inspections that BOA stated they did not obtain, it had been dated pre-foreclosure! They simply flat kept it before section 13 was submitted subsequently delivered it back. Had I not submitted the chapter. 13 BOA might have officially defrauded my 82-year old father out the property he worked so difficult for many of his life. When you have a mortgage with Lender of America "BE CAUTIOUS, BE CAUTIOUS"! Check into your payment address atleast every 6 months.
