Sears Home Improvement Bathroom Dept SA, TX

We contracted Sears, Home Improvement Department, to remodeled 2 showers on August 8. Two months later without news from Sears we called and they apologized for not contacting us sooner. On October 11 they came to start but did not have all the parts needed to complete the job, wrong parts and colors, one shower pan and one sliding door missing, etc. This was informed to me after the contractor had stripped down one of the bathrooms. On October 12 the contractor showed up with a shower pan, not the one I ordered, and continued his work but had to stop because he did not have the rest of the material needed to finish the shower. He did not have sufficient sealant. That day I informed him that I would like for him to leave the shower head at the same height because he was going to lower it about five inches. On Monday October 14 the contractor sent another person to finish the shower but he came late that day so he could not finish it. Finally they kind of completed one shower but not to my satisfaction, wrong shower pan, wrong color, sliding glass door does not close properly, first contractor lowered the shower head about 5 inches any way, and other problems. I asked, on four different occasions, to speak to the Area Production Manager and also to the Area General Manager but both of them have failed to call me back. Today is November 3 and still haven't received news or update on the project.

I would like to know what your office can do to help me. As you can see it has been almost a month since they started a four day job. I would like to know what are my rights pertaining to the above mentioned problem. Can I cancel the contract for the second bathroom; am I in the right to ask them to redo my first bathroom to my satisfaction? Should I contract a lawyer?
