New Furnace Installation Problems, Oil Leak and Rude Contractor

I purchased a new furnace from Sears home improvement and cannot Tell you how many issues the overly aggressive salespeople mislead me on, and it was like pulling teeth to get resolved. They swore it would be Sears employee's who install and of course it wasn't, they first installation person was like able but not trained on carrier furnaces, and never should have installed, we then had oil leaking and had to have another contractor come and fix it, within the space of six months. Even with an oil leak it took several weeks to get someone out to repair the faulty installation, we had called for our maintenance agreement cleaning and was sent a rude obnoxious contractor who would not stop calling.

I had written to Sears on several occasions to complain of him and never even got a response. I caution anyone to not buy from Sears home improvement! The sales team is nice and will make promises, that will not be fulfilled. Buyer beware.
