Shower Tiling

First the only reason we went with Sears Home Improvement was because we received a letter stating that they would close our account because of inactivity. So we decided to get our shower tiled. Bad decision. First they did not begin when they said they would. The picture that the sales rep showed us how the shower would look was nothing like how the shower turned out. Before they got there, my wife and I tore out the fiber glass shower so that they could get started right away. Well the first day - 27 Dec all they did was pored some concrete to level the floor. The finish shower floor ended up being 6" higher than the original floor. To top everything off, here it is Jan 9 and the job was still not completed. I called the project manager Mr. Creel and told him not to have the workers come back out. My wife and I is in the process of finishing the job. We had to re-grout some areas where the grout was cracking or missing all together. We still need to do the edging. We will never use Sears again and I will be closing my home improvement account with them.
