Sears: Need to get our warranty taken care of - Siding Repair/Sofifit Repai

I have so much to say about Sears it would take to much space on this site. Have been trying to get Sears to do a repair job on sofifit they installed. We had extensive work over $23,000.00, and the worst customer svc we have ever encountered. For four months we have been trying to get the issue taken care of still not done. I can give dates, names and time of no shows or calls if anyone in their customer svc department is interested. We are trying to go all the way to the top... For the time being if you need home improvement work DO NOT call Sears you will be sorry. If you use them have a lawyer on hand as will will need one. I even have a case worker and she has had no better luck than we have had, the office in TX doesn't even return her calls. It even went into escelation, we got some one to call, but now the local contractor is not listening to what is needing to be addressed. Even the inspector was surprised at the poor workmanship. Hummmmmmm! Anyone at Sears interested in helping a customer get the work done. Again I started the process in August it is now December 18. The job per the case worker was due to be completed on the 9th of December. I hope a TOP supervisor would try to contact us and get this issue taken care of 505-994-8334. I can give all the detail and conversations we had with Sears. Oh don't want to forget this, if you don't live in TX and are in NM, there will be NO supervision of the local contractor, they go and come as the wish. Ml
