Excess Draft on My Bank Account

Our mortgage company was bought out by Green tree mortgage company and let me tell you we have had nothing but problems with them! They are extremely incompetent, one end has no idea what the other is doing and they love to harass their clients.in this instance they screwed up and charged my bank account in excess of $434 for a mortgage insurance payment that I was never notified of and did not owe. I phoned them and go the royal run around; no one had the authority to correct it and I';d ned to submit a request on their form to get my money back! Never did they apologize and sid once they did their investigation and got the paperwork from me it would take an additonal 3-5 days to receive a refund. At that point I insisted on talking to her supervisor who she said was unavilable and there was no one else with whom to speak. Don't even think about setting up automatic withdrawal as they'll make unauthorized charges and then you as the customer have to fight to get your money back without any assistance from Green Tree! Dealing with this company is more than RIDICULOUS! I agree with others — if you decide to deal with Greentree mortgage you are out of your mind! They are the worst morgage company I've ever dealt with.
