Buyer beware!

I have been forced out of my residence of 15 years for nearly a year due to the negligence of the homeowners association. There have been multiple water damage issues in the building over several years causing serious structural defects and the resulting SEVERE infestation of BLACK MOLD (Stachybytrus/severely toxic). This has recently been confirmed by the City of Clearwater citing the building. There has been evidence of asbestos residue, ventilation issues which have created fire hazards, allegations of misappropriation of funds, multiple financial assessments, racial discrimination, and bullying. I remain homeless due to only one reason. The association, who has an obligation to make repairs, feels as though they should be in a position to negotiate and bargain. They are more interested in where I display items, such as mirrors, than they are in eliminating the mold issue. I worked for the school board and the State of Florida for over 33 years and, at my age, it's horrific that I should be going through such turmoil. Buyer beware!!
