Regarding Living social Help Request #11101339 - Fujifilm Instax Mini 8s

I was bought a Fujifilm Instax Mini 8s via living social website Malaysia with fully payment RM218 since July
and then they email details of delivery status is "Delivery info: Delivery begins 14 August and you will receive your product (s) within 8 working days after delivery starts "but so far i didnt received any items and updates. So I email and called the support
finally they told me there are NO store!
Latest update from the support is "Please be informed we have refunded your Fujifilm Instax Mini 8s RM218 to your credit card ending with *.
The refund process takes up to 14 working days and will be reflected in your next bank statement."
MAY I KNOW what's going on here???
I bought this items 2 MONTHS ago and now the support only told me there out of STORE without any explanation??? If I didnt contact living social support they never email me any update, either.
I wasting 2 months time and now they only say NO STORE?
I really can not accept it
please follow up the case ASAP
I believed Living Social is a big company how come doing business like this way???
Let customer waiting two months then only tell no store refund the money within 14 working days?
