Ripoff does not care buyer beware, they just want their payment and will get it any way they can

Buyer beware if you are buying a repo from Oakwood Acceptance Corporation. Our home is in foreclosure and it has Toxic Mold. Oakwood does not care and will not do anything to help use. But in the contract with them it said to notify them if there is any damage done to the home. We told them and they do not care. We had to move out of the home because of the mold and can not afford to make two payment so now the home is in foreclosure and they will be reselling the home. Who know's if they will clean up the Toxic Mold or not! They will not tell me because we are in foreclosure. Buyer beware!

This all started because we received the certificate of occupancy from the Township and the plumbing was incorrectly hooked up and not hooked up at all so sewage was going under our home and that is how we got mold. Oakwood has a interest in the home but does not care they just want their payment and will get it any way they can.
