Hoa of moon lake buyer beware/renter beware town villas are infested with black mold

Buyer Beware and Renters Beware! Townvillas is infested with BLACK MOLD! The roofs are falling apart. It's a big joke! It's said that new roofs were completed... WRONG! The cheap board members voted to just reseal the roofs. This place is 26 years old and never a new roof ever to be replaced!!!

Leaks are everywhere! There is no water or vapor barrier between the cement wall and the sheet rock. The sheet rock was put up with liquid nails! How stupid is that!!! Now that the liquid nails is disinagrating there is mold growing in between the cement and sheet rock. Moisture is coming right thru the walls!

Residents are getting very sick because of the black mold. The community is refusing to address the issue of BLACK MOLD and private landlords are ignoring the situation. What can the residents do? Air conditioners are malfunctioning too. It's been found to have mushroom mold on the AC units. How safe is this for the residents? NOT SAFE AT ALL!!! BLACK MOLD IS DEADLY!!!

Florida is messed up! There are no CO's for renting apartments. But... The Florida State Statutes protect tenants from crappy landlords and slick board members who like to get away with things. What goes around comes around. It will come back to haunt you, especially when the board takes short cuts.

The realtor named Debbie Wilson is selling these units and not disclosing to the buyer about the epidemic of black mold. Debbie Wilson is not being honest either! She is just trying to make a fast buck!
