We had the pleasure of working with Ali Ataei, the flooring specialist of the Gaithersburg, MD location. He was very helpful in aiding us with the purchase of our tiles. He also went above and beyond when it came to returning a bulk order from the plumbing department. We were about to be turned away at the return desk if it wasn't for his knowledge and assistance. He has been gracious with his time and energy on many occasions. We will always be grateful to him and look forward to working with him in the near future.
