We came into Home Depot in Catskill NY to place a fairly large order of flooring & installation for 2 apartments we were renovating, along with doors, electrical & tons of miscellaneous items. John Stegville from Flooring offered to accompany us into each department, put the order together, contact the bid desk for the best price, pull all the items and have them set aside for later pickup. When our commercial credit card was declined due to lack of use, he took us to Megan (last name?) who was cashiering, and together they arranged for a new card and extended payments. He then gave us his card and told us to call ahead the next day before we came to pick the order up, and he'd have it ready for us & get it loaded. All of which he followed through on. We want to publicly thank John for going way beyond what was required. We will recommend Home Depot to others in the future.
