Parquet Flooring Tiles Buckled, Cupped and Dented After Install

The parquet flooring tiles were badly made. They buckled, cupped, and dented, scratched and gouged with little effort.

These defects showed up right after professional flooring installers put the floor in. I tried repeatedly to get Home Depot to deal with it, yet they put in minimal effort and blamed the installation.

Home Depot's warranty covers the product against manufacturing defects that existed before shipping. A defect must be reported before installation or, in any case, within six months of the purchase date to qualify. Home Depot will replace such a defective product at no extra charge to the customer, though labor is not included.

I am still fighting for my case. I want other consumers to know never to buy this parquet (Classic Parquet Flooring: Hevea Hardwood 12" x 12" tiles at 99 cents per square foot). It is CHEAP! Cheap! Cheap! I certainly did not get what I paid for.
