Would not let me (a loyal customer) return something, while having my receipt, without showing them a driver's license

My name is Misael Araya. I live in St. Cloud Florida. I was denied a return of two items for the amount of $27 even when I presented the product and receipt in excellent condition due to me not giving them my driver's license. Their policy is wrong. They need to respect my rights and privacy. And, for $27 they shouldn't get a bad reputation of customer service. I'll stay away from places like this in the future. I am..."was" a loyal customer who will not return. I'll stay with Sears or Walmart where you have a hassle free return policy. My next step will be the better business bureau to let people be aware.
