No one can figure it out!'

They made the first appt with me and called 20 minutes before the end of the time window and said that the rep could not make it. Then after numerous pesty harassing phone calls I decided to give them 1 more chance... Well guess what they blew it again. Rep was going to be at least a hour to hour and a half late. I was assured by the person who called to set up second appt that that would never happen again and it did. Im so done and they are just aweful. The worst business manners I have ever see. Really ticked me off. Never again!
