Unreliable, Expensive, Unprofessional, Rip Offs and Liars! I found out they charged me twice the amount it should have costed! And they don't call until they're already half an hour late!

Worst service ever! These guys are unprofessional, liars, very unreliable, and total rip offs! I made 2 appointmens with them to fix the A/C because they never showed up for the 1st appt and then was 1 DAY LATE to the 2nd appointment. I should've known from the day they came to give a quote - the guy showed up 5 minutes before the END of the 3-7pm window, and the guy was really rude and acted like he didn't want to be there. Then he never showed up for the 1st appt to fix the A/C — no courtesy call either — and for the 2nd appt, he was supposed to get here by 7pm, but didn't call me until 7:45pm & told me he would rather come the next morning because it's too dark now. So he was supposed to show up at 8am the next morning, but didn't show up until 8:30am & said he could finish in 15 mins, but didn't finish until an hour later. Huge liars and very unprofessional! Don't ever use their service!!! The total cost came out to $750 for a condenser motor and fan blade. I found out later that it should not have costed me more than $400 for that type of repair. What a rip-off!
