Blew me off for a scheduled estimate - Carpet

I had an appointment for an estimate today for the time slot 4:00 - 6:00pm. Your guy never showed up. At 6:00 a voice message logs into my iphone... I picke it up and your estimator had called me at 5:58 pm, 2 minutes left in the appt. Window, and he says he's running 30 minutes late but he's on his way... I have the message you can hear it. So at about 6:05 I call your 800 number and get a customer rep and ask what's up with my appointment. She says it's been canceled because no one picked up the call or called them back so the assumed no one was home. I said I'm calling you back right now, it's 6:05 the guy just left me a message and said he's on his way. SHe said no we canceled the free in home estimate, if I want they could come by at 7:30 this evening... Guess what I told her???
