Do NOT Rent here, the Management is Fraud and cheat

Donna the Property Manager at this Rental Apartment Community is the biggest fraud and a liar. The staff at this community "do not" return calls. Maintenance is a nightmare, if you are the unlucky few to have problems in your apartment, be prepared to call the leasing office a couple of times and visit them, before anyone will show up. There is no guarantee any work will be perform in that visit.
Further more, fire alarms go off all hours of the day/night. Fire Department is frequets here quiet often. Neighbors, keep their doors open while cooking and the smell of their horrific dinner is out in the enclosed hallways. Kids run up and down the hall all the time, there is no control on noise, and because the community is enclosed, it is easy to hear your neighbors.
By far this has been the worst experience, over and above everything else, there are stories about a brothel on this facility and POT being readily available. Check the community on http://www.apartmentratings.com/.
