Beware! Does not fix things when they break in your rental property. When and if they do, they send no warning of people coming to your house. Ripoff

Do not rent from Community Property Management in Tallahassee, FL. I have dealt with many management companies, and they are by far the worst I have ever dealt with. They do not fix things when you call to report something broken. If and when they do, they do not call or give any warning that random people are coming to your house. I have also been complaining of mold growing in the house due to lack of or an old ventilation system. They will not do anything about that either. Renters Beware! If you must rent in Tallahassee, do not rent from Community Property Management.
