Don't believe a word you're told. I've waited two years for updates and repairs agreed upon with each renewal. The hot tub has never worked. Running a baby service in the office is priority. The a/c was flooding my apartment for five days befor the emergency call was answered. I paid the rent for two years unaware that my lease states less than what they told me to pay... Go figure. Recent rent increase over 10%. I've heard nightmares from across the entire communinty... Stay away, you'll be happier anywhere else.
