Rent fraud

Jabari abdulsamad, owner and manager of grand oak viiillas retirement community, frauded us on rent. He had our money before we moved in and received our apt lease contract.

The contract should be illegal. Their are too many non-refundable fees and by the time you are there 2 months with all the fees you will have paid the equavalent of 4 months rent.

Their is no privacy as he is constantly on you for small things, such as being very demonstrative and showing his power to the elderly at this community. Some are too broke to move out.

He intimadates the elderly at this community. There are a number of lawsuits pending at this time. For such things as dixcrimination, fraud on rent, violence with the elderly at this community. Jabari abdulsamad operates under a company in georgia, called jab-boys property management. He is on the internet under his name as a 3rd party to over 31 business's as well as a music producer for the "boys", which are his sons who do cd's in gambia. Please advertise this man as a fraudulent individual.
