Don't ask for any documents pertaining to your community because they won't give them to you even though you own them and the state law mandates that they must release them. It's a classic case of the tail wagging the dog. Once they get you to sigh the dotted line, your property becomes their property. Theu act as if they own everything and begin telling you hoe the cow will eat the cabbage. If you object or ask for something that they don't think you should have they will threaten you with quiting.
