I switched from Verizon and ever since I did-I've had trouble (with Sprint).

Most recently I was told to add a service to my phone would be $10—I called ahead of time, then went into the store and asked again&the whole time I was told $10. I add the service.

Next I find I was charged $20 for the service and will be each month.

Contacted customer service, they weren't nice or helpful at all. Just because your associates, branch workers and CS made a mistake does not mean the customer (who has been with you for several years) should be punished!!!

When you tell a customer one prince that SHOULD be reflected on the bill!

Sprint is horrible! This is not the first incident I've had with them—can't wait to change.
