I called in to Sprint Customer Service, to try to reopen my account, and although the people were really nice, they kept putting me on hold and then I would end up back in the call loop and have to explain my issue all over again. This happened like 6 or 7 times. Then, after over an hour on the phone with them, they could not answer my question of "why" with anything more than we can't. No one ever told me why they can't. And when I asked for a supervisor, they just started upselling instead of giving me to one.
