Charging me a month in advance and also the month i used my service. Huh?!

I recently decided to add on a connection card for my laptop to my current account where I already have phone service with Sprint. I got my bill today and it was outrageous! I called sprint customer service and asked the lady why my bill was so much, she said because sprint always charges their customers for service a month in advance as well as for the month that customers are currently using.

Now this makes no sense to me so I asked to speak with a supervisor. I was connected with one who said that I should know how sprint works since ive been a customer with them for 2 years. I told her that its crazy to assume that I remember that far back. I asked for the corporate number and the supervisor told me that they wouldnt be able to help me but she'd give me their number anyway! Poor customer service and they find everything they can to make you pay crazy prices! Their cancellation fees are even more crazy! Please save the trouble and avoid sprint!

They lie. They over charge on the bill
