Theft's and liars sprint lies and steals from their customers

I switched my phone service to sprint on 02/02/04 from T-Mobile and wanted to keep my current phone numbers. It only took sprint 24 hours to switch. However within those 24 hours I contacted sprint customer service. And was told that I would be billed an extra month on my frist billing.

Here is the how sprint pcs starts their ripoff process to their customers ripoff business. The salesman told me that there were no hidden fees to switch from service to other and that I had 14 days to cancel my service with a total refund. After talking with customer service ib 02/03/04. I went back to the sprint store and told the salesman what I was told by sprint customer service. And I let the salesmam know that he had lied to me, and that that if it were true that I would have to pay extra I would not become a sprint pcs customer.

I spent a total of 6 hours in the store and calling sprint home office. Sprint would not correct the problem. I then contacted T-Mobile and switched back within 48 hours to T-Mobile. I have not recieved my refund of $125.00 from sprint pcs but I have two bills from sprint pcs. This months bill from sprint pcs is a total of $385.91 and this is for (A SERVICE THAT DO NOT HAVE) Every time I call I am on hold for more than 30 min. And then told that the transfer port is still on hold. Sprint PCS is a total ripoff. I am going to have to take Sprint PCS to court to get my money back. It will cost them a lot more money after court fees then it would have if thay would just honor thier contract.
