I am very unhappy with sprint. They screwed up my billing, never disclosed the bill in one month in advance, quoted me a price based on corporate discount, but never explained how it was supposed to be entered. When I was informed that discount was not on account and that I wanted credit, supervisor nice exclaimed "well that's how it goes". Bad service, Bad customer service, and really just a bad choice for me. Im sorry I ever left Verizon and cannot wait to go back. I would rather pay a little more and get a lot more than save and have to deal with such a horrible company. Unhappy sprint customer. Cf
