Poor billing practices - complaint

I paid off my son's cell phone bill in June.in July I called with my own cell phone billing issues and was told that they would investigate and find out the problem. They did and I was told that the problem was resolved. Fast forward to 2.5.11 when I received a collection call regarding my son's past due bill. WHAT?! When I called Sprint, I was told that I called in and had the funds transferred from my son's paid account to my account. Sprint is saying that the only way to resolve this issue is to pay the $241.17 AGAIN! That is a load of crap!
