Sprint billing sucks - complaint

I am so pissed off at Sprint right now I feel ill! I have a 30 y/o son with MS. I had to close his Sprint cellular account. I paid off his bill on 6.3.10.in July I called regarding my own phone and how some of my payments seem to have been missing. I was told that Sprint would investigate and get back to me. They did so and told me the payment was found. Fast forward to this past Saturday, February 5th, I got a collection call from Enhanced Recovery about a Sprint bill for my son. I was livid! I got online, found the payment transaction on my bank statement and called Sprint with my proof. I was told that the payment I made for my son's account in 6.10 had been transferred "by me" to my account. WHAT! I got irate and told them to listen to what they were saying and how stupid it sounds. Today I called Sprint again to talk to someone with some common sense and well, that did not happen. I was told that I still have to pay the $241.17 because Sprint decided to transfer the funds to my account. What makes me so angry too is that Sprint NEVER sent me a bill stating that I still owed any money to them. I am seriously considering dropping them and moving to another service!
