Got a Kyocera Torino phone on 8/5 for $29 plus tax and $45 plan. The phone had VERY low volume and I did not hear it ring or the alarm go off even with highest sound setting. There are few ring tones to choose from as well. I get ads that pop up on the phone, you can't get a phone call when on web, and I seem to miss calls when the phone is right next to me. I also have issues when I call someone. Every time I call someone, they say I sound like I am in a tunnel or under water and I hear my voice echo. When they call back, this is fine. I have NOT used 1:14: 45 minutes on the phone in 2 days because I work 60 hours a week, have only had the phone 2 days, and haven't been able to talk to anyone because of the connection issues. I use my business phone for calls now. When I went to the store for a refund (within 7 days as it says) they said that I was over 60 minutes and will NOT give me a refund. I explained that was not possible and they don't care. I also explained that the phone is horrible and why AND about the service issues when calling someone. I am a guest relations manager at a hotel. We HATE bad reviews and do whatever it takes to make the customer happy; NOT Metro PCS. I am going back to T-mobile and selling this phone with the free 30 day service included on Craigslist.
