Consistently Courteous and Helpful Customer Service Reps

I have been an AT&T customer for many years and I have called there customer service quite often for various reasons-I consistently get reps that are not only courteous and helpful, but generous and understanding as well. I have never had a problem that they could not resolve. I wish there was more like them out there!
