Abysmal customer service - any and all products of RCN

Beware - Don't do it! They have just errantly cut me off from multiple years worth of my stored emails and have no apparent comprehension of the problem and apparently no willingness to try to correct it. Their customer service reps, clearly in Southeast Asia, want to be helpful but are horribly unprepared for the task and simply do not have the tools, knowledge, or authority to do anything but put you on hold. I have lost hours of my life and am about to pull my hair out due to RCN incompentence. Don't even think about doing business with them.
