Customer Service Department is Horrible!

I have been a Shutterfly customer since and after 11 years, I refuse to continue using their services. I called the customer service department regarding a problem that I had with an order of over 4,500 pictures. They lied about what they would do to resolve the problem and then acted like it was my fault. I told them that I would never buy pics from them again, and they didn't even care. Shame on Shutterfly, I'm now a Walgreens Photo customer.
