Ripoff bad reception bad customer service admitting a reception problem with the state of michigan & doing nothing to compensate customers

Around the end of June, first of July. About 5:00 am At&t lost service to all Michigan customers. This has been admitted by 2 different At&t service reps at their customer service number. I have talked two a couple of supervisors at the customer service no. 800-888-7600. Who gave me all kinds of reasons why this happened. None of which were thier fault. They also could not tell me or would not tell me what the service reps could. Phone calls go directly to voice mail without ringing and reception is getting progressivly worse. At&t refuses to inform it's customers of this problem or compensate them for it.
