Very very mad at them! This people offered me a better plan than the one i used to have (loyalty plan) a few months ago and i accepted it after i asked them for the details and went over everything... The other day i was checking on my new balance and surprise! The dam bill was a lot higher than what i was supposed to be! I'd call this pple and they said that there was no plan offer or agreement ever made between us and that there was nothing to do about it. Then how the h they did change my plan to another shit if i'd never
