Tmobile
False advertisement! Don't beleive on their no contract plans... It dont exist

Shops, Products, Services

I was a loyal customer of tmobile for 3-4 years and had a 2 year contract at the beginning and then extended it for another 2 years when I got a phone upgrade. Then Tmobile came up with the Even More Plus Plan that specifically states "NO ANNUAL CONTRACT!" with unlimited text, talk & web! I thought this is a great deal so I revised my plan and was told that there will be a one time charge of $70 ($35 for each of 2 phones I have on the plan) to buy out the contract. I went for it as having unlimited everything for such low price will save me in the long run and the thought of having a commitment with a cell phone service is a sweet deal. Now that I switched to a different phone company. I just then received a bill from tmobile indicating a cancellation of contract fee. Total of $400 from $200 from each phone. I called the customer service right away to settle this and explained the plan I was on. Maybe there was a misunderstanding. Spoke to two different representatives and said that the $200 fee was for the MIGRATION FEE but my bill clearly states early contract fee!!! Migration fee was never stated anywhere nor explained. Tmobile gives everyone false advertisement in their commercials or to wherever they advertised this plan. They would not wave this $400 fee and I am now stuck with this bill. Im hoping that there is some kind of legal action I can do for this kind of companies who mislead people. Very dishonest and should pay for all the customers they rip off!!!
