In January I called to inquire about a plan that my sister in law had commented to me about. The rep I spoke with offered me the plan from 139.99 including taxes and advised me I would have to pay $200 to change to that plan. And she also offered me 1200 minutes for the remainder of the month. At the time I agreed but called back to dispute after my sister in law advised me that she did not have to pay anything to make the change. When I called back it turns out that everything she had told me was a lie. I had to pay $400 and some to have my plan changed it was more than what she quoted me and she never put additional minutes on my current month. I am really upset because it is unbelieve how the agents can lie to the customers that way and get away with it. I want someone in authority to listen to the call and determine that I am not lying about what I was told. I am not going to pay $400 for changing the plan to save money. I am absolutely disgusted with how poorly I have been treated after being a Tmobile customer for over 8 years. I hope the issue is resolved and I will also be sending a written letter to Tmobile corporation.
