I obtained a contact from Verizon Wireless providing me a regular discount easily improved my plan to some Nationwide Chat/Text/Information strategy. They transformed my strategy and charged me the brand new higher level but didn't provide the discount they guaranteed. I named to possess this fixed and invested 35 units about the phone having a woman who had been rude and may not support. I expected to get a supervisor numerous occasions, she'dnot move me but constantly place me on-hold to talk to the supervisor himself! They didn't provide me the discount they guaranteed! They did not provide me the discount however they sure transformed my statement to provide combined with the greater strategy!!
