Changing data plan without informing me

7-6 I requested an Iphone from Verizon Wireless (VW). It had been the final evening these were providing their endless information arrange for $29.99. I needed the reassurance to not be worried about information utilization despite the fact that I had been departing on holiday the following day. I had been designated phone number: 7206.

It appears as though Verizon Wireless customer support reps have permit to misinform consumers without option.
