I'm a military associate which was with Verizon Wireless for some time. I had been authorized to get a military discount after I registered for support and received it for that first six months after which it had been removed without notice. After I observed the error, I approached the client support and provided a fax amount that I'd to deliver my profits declaration to and backup of military identification. I did so that and was handed it back after which it had been removed another 8 weeks later. Again, I'd to confirm my info. This happened again 3 more occasions. The final moment it just happened was simply because they resigned me about the incorrect consideration to get a person more than 60 yrs old. I'm in my own 20is. They explained I really couldnot obtain a military discount. Our plan was transformed instantly once they observed I had beennot old for te mobile phone program. I attempted to possess my discount repaired, but continuously provided the run-around. They'd deliver me towards the shop and also the shop may have me contact customer support. It had been 24 months plus they nevertheless WOn't provide me a credit for my discount. Since I changed support to a different provider with no longer a person. Any future clients... Steer clear!!!
