On Dec 5 when I paid my bill to zero balance I spoke with one representative from customer service to make changes to my bill so I could lowet the cost it was to higj to afford. I found out att was charging me for 5 smartphones and I had 1. Smartphone and 1 blackberry and 3 basic pjones and I asked to be cr edited and was to tild s ince I didn't catch it all she could authorize was remove $100.00 from my bill and we continued to remove extras I didn't need on my bill. SO MY bill went down supposedly from $3800 /$400 TO $247. I went online to fine my bill was not lower and I call and this customer service rep tells me they can't change the bill at 2 days into the monthly bill and I won't be anle to lower my bill for another month and I need to again list what I want done becaise there no changes on Decmember 5. This happens every month I have to call 3 to 4 times to try to make changes because I don't have internet at jome and can't do tji s from work and my bill never lowers and they never make changes
