Rip off seniors charges for service not on

I have att wireless and got behind on my bill i had made payments to lower my bill and ionly owed 300 which i was going to pay when i get my monthly check i called and spoke to someone about this they said that they would put a note on the account. I was also told as long as the account was in suspension they will be charging me for service. Kinda dumb why they shut if off if they are still charging me well i dont know how they expect you to catch up when they do this now my bill is up to 700 how do they expect you to catch up this is bad business i not not refer any one i know to att they are a big rip off dont care about customers just themselves and how much money they can get from you we are seniors on a fixed income
