Oken cellphone - S3 mini mobile phone

Dear Samsung... Am used to be one of your loyal customers but when i bought your new cellphone S3 mini i faced a problem with the phone and it was my first time deal with your customer service store "smouha branch, alexandria, EGYPT"
it was sudden to me the way you treat your cutomers starting with the "Q" itself to spend 110 minutes to reach my turn to leave my phone to be repaired then to get afeedback from you. There were nothing and when i call your customer service on 19406 the answer were we have nothing to inform you except you have to visit the store then for the the second time i went to the store and wait for 45 minute again to meet your represntative and he told me oh we are sorry to inform you that there is a liquid affect your device and you have to sign this paper after a long debate with the representative i sign the the paper to allow them repair my device with 1020 egyption pounds but what i really notice that this message "liquid affect the device" is afiction story the represantatives tell every customer and there were many fights between your customers and the representatives because your customers feel that you cheat them and they loose the credibility with samsung. They were all saying that we will never deal with samsung again in any products. For me it was bad feelings to feel that the company i appreciate and consider to be my loyal is cheating me and deal in an unrespect and not credibile because in my next visit after calling the customer service again to ask about my S3 they told me we have no data please visit the store again and i went again and really this time I was nervous and i stay for 35 minutes and imeet the representative he told me the previous message we cant repair ypu have to pay 1307 egyption pounds i accept but it was also a decision that i will never deal with samsung again. Thanks
