The aim is to shares some light on a situation that I feel the manufactures could consider... I upgraded my phone and purchased the Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 on the 13 September. I feel it would be Good Business Etiquette or Courteous of Samsung to informing their loyal customers of the Huge Data consumption of the Samsung S4 GTI-9500. A suggestion on the Packaging, a considerate act of informing or Warning customers about the amounts of data consumption would be good. Manufacturers seem to turn a blind-sided-eye when it comes to the costs that are incurred by their customers, after-sale has taken place. The continuous automatic updates of applications and software on the phone, without our knowledge. It is a horrifying experience to find out by surprise! Of course the network provides are 'hush-hush' about this fact, as they pocket our money! Hence, this leaves me with One Question Samsung: So why do the manufacturers not protect their customers?
Samsung%u2019s products have always been excellent. However this situation %u2013 try standing in our shoes! Your customer!
